The female receptionist was extremely courteous.
There was left over trash either from a cleaner or previous occupant(s).
Well located and very accessible to the major interstate highways and the airport.

Great front desk... Good coffee in room. Honest maids.
Dirty carpet in halls... Very unreliable bus pickup service.
Had problems with bus. When calling for pickup at the airport the desk would say it's on the way..." 25 to 45 minutes later it would show up. Since the hotel is only 5 minutes away where did they go? This happened 3 nights I stayed here. Two nights it was 10 degrees outside. Had I been told it would been this long I could and would have taken a cab or at least stood inside..." ...read more
